Cam Roller Linear Guides TGV Series
TGV Series Cam Roller Guides are the most robust linear guides of this style product. The convex raceways shed dirt and debris that would otherwise inhibit the linear movement of the slider assembly. The cold drawn rails are made of carbon steel that is induction hardened. They are also zinc plated to create corrosion resistant surface that is silver in color.
One or multiple slider assemblies can be mated to a rail for low friction movement of your payload. Rail lengths are available up to 3600 mm (142″).
Popular Sizes are TGV28 and TGV43 Series
Two piece rail linear guide assembly. These are typically install with the larger “C” shaped rail attached to structure and smaller cam roller slider assembly attached to moving drawer or platform structure.

Rail Side View Dimensional Data
The 28 and 43 series rails all have the same hole pitch or spacing (80 mm) along the length of the rail.
The first hole starts at 40 mm in from the end of the rail unless you specify otherwise.
