Linear Guides

Linear guides provide precision low friction guidance of payloads for industrial machine and instrument applications. One or multiple bearing blocks can be mounted on a linear guide rail. Each bearing block has four rows of recirculating balls that engage the precision ground rail allowing almost frictionless movement. These products are available in industry standard sizes as small as size 15 up to size 65. Rail lengths up to 4000 mm ( 13.1 ft) long.

Excellent choice for multi-axis motion systems used in CNC machines, robotic systems, large machining equipment, and other areas where a large payload needs to be moved.

Standard Recirculating Bearing Blocks

  • Sizes 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45 and 55
  • Inner and Bottom Seal (i.e., low static and dynamic friction)
  • Speed up to 5 m/s with EE, EZ, EU, SUE, or ZUE reinforced seals
  • Preload Choices: V0 = Clearance, VS = Transitional, V1 = Light Preload
  • Works in any orientation, horizontal, vertical, etc.
  • Standard and Wide Rail versions available

We typically have many of these products in inventory at our South Carolina facility. We cut the rails to length and finish the ends per order.
