Precision Miniature Slides – PMMR Product Family
Precision Miniature Slides are preconfigured high precision slide assemblies preloaded and ready for installation in your application. No additional adjustments are necessary. These non recirculating roller type linear assemblies are known for their very smooth, high load carrying capacity, and precise motion. These are often referred to as low friction crossed-roller tables. They offer high running flatness as well as stiffness in a very compact design.
Eliminate the hassle of handling small components.
Each assembly consists of a machined bottom (base) and top (table) that are separated via a crossed roller bearing set. They are dimensionally interchangeable with most other popular precision slide products.
For mounting in your application each base and table top has an industry standard pattern of drill and tapped holes. For applications where light weight is important there is an aluminum body versions available.
The PMMR arrived on the market in 2019 as the world’s first miniature slide equipped with crossed roller technology. It is a bit more economical than its new brother the MSR.
Excellent product for applications requiring high rigidity and durability in a very small package.
